There truly is no place like Home!
And I have been fortunate enough to call Plummers Point, Whakamarama & Te Puna "Home".
When I was quite young, my family moved to Plummers Point, where we spent some of the best years of our lives. It was only natural my 2 children (now thriving young adults) would spend at least their childhood there too. I'm proud to say, not only did my children and I attend Omokoroa No.1 School, but I also opened the first after-school childcare facility (Skoolz Out) there.
Over the years I also lived at Whakamarama and Te Puna, (both on lifestyle blocks), giving me a wider appreciation of the district and the wonderful community & lifestyle it has to offer. I have made many wonderful friends & memories in the district, and it feels fantastic to be back!
Now I am able to help others realise their property goals & dreams here. Buying and selling property can be an exciting, yet stressful time, and choosing a relatable & knowledgeable agent you can trust, who removes stress for you, can make all the difference.
I have worked for many years in administration (University of Waikato & The Maintenance Project for The Ministry of Housing), retail, as well as my recent years successfully selling real estate, all of which has given me the skills, experience & knowledge to offer my best to those I work with.
I'm an open, trustworthy, easy to relate to person, who genuinely likes to help people. It gives me a huge sense of joy & pride each time I hand over the keys to excited new owners, while the previous owners are also thrilled with the outcome. I'm more than happy to have an obligation-free chat to offer guidance about buying or selling property with anyone interested.
As well as my enthusiasm for real estate, I enjoy gardening (it's an addiction really), socialising with friends & family, quiz nights, long walks, dancing, pétanque, bowls, or reading a good book.
