I want say a massive thank you to Richard who has sold our house in a time-frame that is almost beyond belief. Richard has offered us help in real estate matters for the last couple of years and has always been happy to offer his insights as we ran scenarios past him.

Richard dealt well with a tenant who was uncooperative initially and managed to hold some open homes despite difficulties. Once a prospective buyer emerged he liaised well with us and the buyers to bring negotiations to a conclusion that was acceptable to both parties. Being an out of town seller, we had to rely on Richard for many aspects of the deal, including dealing with trades, cleaning, gardening etc. He used a range of contacts to ensure all conditions were met before going unconditional, going the extra mile and showing a lot of flexibility to get the deal over the line. We really appreciated the extra work put in.
