The team went on to take out this award 4 times in a row and at the peak of the market were involved in excess of 600 unconditional deals when the industry average was 32, an exceptional amount of business which was repeated 2 years in a row.
With these and many more successes within the Hamilton Real Estate market Neil made the decision to leave the team environment and embark on a solo career. In Neil's 1st year on his own he achieved a top 10 placing in the company out of 80 plus sales people in a market that has seen many changes.
