I bring extensive sales experience and networking abilities to my real estate career.
Neil has lived in Tauranga for the past 36 years after moving from Palmerston North and in this time he has been heavily involved in the sales industry.
After 3 years managing a very busy service station he was employed as National Sales Manager New Zealand for a leading manufacturer and importer in the lighting industry which involved extensive travel throughout the country.
Needing to spend more time in Tauranga with a young family Neil was then employed by a national brewery with responsibility to grow the business by opening new accounts and servicing existing major accounts throughout the Bay of Plenty.
Neil joined Eves in 2005 and has brought his extensive sales experience and networking abilities to his real estate career where these skills have proved to be invaluable to his many clients. In 2016-2017 Neil joined the impressive 100 club. This was achieved through his hard work and always wanting to reach his goal of that WIN WIN result.
His philosophy has always been to go the extra mile for all his buyers and sellers and with his attention to service coupled with extensive experience and expertise in all aspects of sales, Neil has built a very impressive real estate career with well satisfied clients.

First and most importantly, many thanks for the recent successful sale of our property in Wellesley Grove, Tauranga. The end result was outstanding and your effort during the auction marketing campaign was exemplary.
Your initial presentation was detailed and contained all the necessary information to allow Janine and I to make an informed decision. Communications throughout the process were great and this allowed us to gain an accurate insight as to where our property was positioned in the market place. Based on the detail received, we were well prepared to negotiate accordingly and this assisted in achieving a highly successful sale.
I must also acknowledge the wider support personal at Eves Realty that was clearly evident on auction day. All such resource allows for a highly professional auction and a very smooth operation.
Finding an agent who is trustworthy, professional and enjoyable to work with can be a challenge. However, we consider you achieve all of this criteria and more, and we will certainly be recommending you to our network.
Once again, many thanks Neil.

Property Sale: 14 Ruahine Street Ohauiti Tauranga
We enlisted the services of Neil McIntosh, Real Estate agent for Eves Realty to market our property. Neil came with excellent recommendations and from the outset we established a great rapport.
Neil was extremely informative which meant we were able to set a pricing strategy that we were happy with. The open homes were great and again Neil provided excellent follow up keeping us informed at every post.
Neil's experience and professionalism was clearly evident when it came to the final negotiations and we were extremely happy with the final result.
We have no hesitation in recommending Neil and we wish him well for the future.

On behalf of Karen and I, we would like to thank you for assisting with the recent sale of our property in Moffat Rd. From the time you took our listing, to the time you sold the house, you were easy to deal with and we found you to be open and honest with your approach.
As you know, our house was in the 'higher price bracket' and it did take some time to sell, which made the sale challenging. However, you persevered and continued to look at ways to ensure our property was given maximum exposure. This included you funding a number of advertisements, which we acknowledge you were under no obligation to do, and for which we thank you very much.
Finally, you should know that Karen and I would not hesitate to have you sell another property, equally we would not hesitating in recommending you to sell a property for someone else.
Again, thank you for your services.

I apologise for the rather tardy arrival of this email of thanks . As so often happens in life the sale of my mother's property in Waihi road coincided with a number of other wider family happenings, and I have been a bit behind ever since.
I did want to express my gratitude for our excellent professional dealings with you during the whole process. We have been buying and selling real estate most our lives but were so impressed with your friendly manner and the way you consistently kept us informed each week and followed up with any developments. I cannot fault you in any area.
It was difficult for us living so far away but you breached the gap and gave us sound advice.
Many heart felt thanks for making a difficult situation for our family, proceed as smoothly as possible.
You are a credit to your company

My apologies for taking so long to send you a letter of our thanks and recommendation.
To whom it may concern
My wife and I decided over a period of time to join our children by relocating to New Zealand. After receiving our residency visas we visited many areas and settled on Tauranga as the area of our choice.
On the advice of our son,we contacted Neil Mcintosh, an estate agent with Eves, whose knowledge of the area became invaluable to us.He initially spent about 4 hours with us showing us numerous properties that were available in the different suburbs of Tauranga and answering all our queries of which there were very many.
We returned to South Africa but Neil kept in contact with us by sending us the Eves brochure of properties by email every second week. This kept us in contact with the property market and also gave us a good idea of property prices so that when we returned to New Zealand it was simple for us to choose a suitable home.
Neil went out of his way to help us acquire our home and we are extremely grateful for his help and wouldn't hesitate in recommending him to anyone wanting to buy a home in Tauranga.
