Deanne assisted us in our search for a home. My husband and I had relocated from the USA to New Zealand and were having a difficult time navigating the search for a home. The real estate laws in New Zealand are very different from the USA in as much as the purchaser of a home does not usually have their own agent and the agents here represent the vendors.
