In my role as Team Manager at EVES Rotorua, I am always seeking innovative and dynamic approaches to enthuse and guide our dedicated and knowledgeable team. My previous experience provides for a unique yet transferable skill base, which is a credit to EVES Managements vision to thinking strategically in how they approach and visualise the EVES brand in Rotorua’s future. My background in team, events and venues management, coupled with my community connections across the social, health, sporting, arts, local government, and the business sector, has allowed for a unique transition into the real estate industry.
The EVES brand reflects a ‘Real Estate Company for everyone’ which immediately attracted my interest with key values around whanau, community, honesty, and respect. Rotorua’s property industry is in for some exciting, progressive, and challenging times in the near future, and I am keen to be a part of the solution and steer our team towards providing an exceptional service for our community across all markets. This includes first home buyers, investors, up/downsizing, and everything in between.
Outside of the property space, I am involved in, and volunteer at several community organisations such as the McDonalds Retreat House, Manaaki Rotorua, Rotorua Hospice, Geyser Sports Club, Community Sport reporting, Civil Defence, BOP Cricket and have been a trustee on school boards and youth trusts. My wife and I also manage and own the Rotorua Numberworks franchise which further embeds our connections within the local business, education, recruitment, and commercial property industries.
A key vision is to have an inclusive and diverse team who reflect and capture a wide reach of our community. We already have an amazing diverse crew but will always be keen to develop this area and further Te Reo in everyday engagement. If you are interested in a change and you think EVES might suit, I would love to hear from you for a chat, coffee, or beer.
