Previously excelling in his role as a captain in the exciting world of super yachting, to now immersing himself in the residential real estate scene, Brook comes to the business committed to offering a sharp business brain with a desire to serve.

With a particular eye for detail and proven superior customer service managing yacht owners, managers, agents alike, Brook is gifted in the art of managing clients’ expectations. Brook has also completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in marketing/management from Otago University, adding to his repertoire of business acumen and insight. Understanding so well the process of servicing clients, Brook is committed to keep all parties fully informed along the way, allowing him to build and maintain trust, authenticity and integrity in an industry that so often lacks these qualities.

Decades of vacationing at the Mount have reinforced Brook’s desire to live, work and play here. Whilst Brook grew up on the farm in the Waikato region, where he spent most of his time competing on the tennis court in the national age groups, he can now today, in his downtime, be spotted often down at Mount Maunganui Tennis Club.

Built into his hard drive is an unrelenting work ethic to benefit both sellers and buyers. He also believes in building meaningful and lasting relationships.
