In a lot of ways, it is no surprise that Terri Gregory has found herself in real estate. She had 22 years in law, many of which included helping people with the legal side of their property sales and purchases.
Most recently, Terri spent 10 years as a Bank Manager at SBS Bank. Again, much of which, involved helping people buying and selling properties. SBS Bank prided itself on old-fashioned values of honesty and personal, customer service.

Away from the working day, Terri is an active mum to two girls. You’ll often find her on the sports sidelines, no matter the weather. She has played plenty of sports herself and still has a keen competitive edge. That sporting hunger and desire, and the understanding of there being no replacement for sheer, hard work , transfers across to her performance for her clients.

I recently had the pleasure of having my home sold by Terri Gregory from eves Tauranga. Terri was extremely helpful. I had met her prior when I was looking for a home. When meeting with Terri to discuss selling, Terri was very informative about the current housing market and personalized an approach based on my homes personality. She also bought out the best features by directing certain angles of the photos to ensure a fantastic perspective of key features such as the kitchen.
