Grant is a guy who understands exacting standards. Prior to his career in real estate he was an executive chef on-board superyachts for celebrities and billionaires. However, not being a billionaire himself, he’s also an incredibly down-to-earth family man who knows what’s important to those who don’t require a private marina in their back yard!

What I like most about working with Grant was the fact he asked us a lot of questions about what we were looking for, his down-to-earth style and his honesty. We cannot recommend Grant highly enough as a personable and knowledgeable real estate agent, who has the best interests of his clients at heart at all times.
My wife and I made a special effort to drive from Auckland down to Tauranga to investigate the first-home buyers’ market. It’s fair to say we were hesitant during the drive down as to what we were going to find and whether the trip would be worth the effort, but all our doubts were put to rest within 10 minutes of meeting Grant.
