Terms and conditions: 

If the property is withdrawn or taken off the market before the 90-day term has completed, the Vendor will be required to reimburse EVES for the full cost incurred (less any initial contribution paid) on the Open the Door to Spring campaign. Prices are inclusive of GST.  Only one Open the Door to Spring campaign can be used per property/listing. The property must be listed as a sole agency agreement with a minimum term of 90 days.

Participating offices include EVES Katikati and EVES Waihi This promotion is not available to properties currently listed with EVES offices. The Open the Door to Spring campaign is limited to up to two vacant sections per vendor within the time period. If an element in the campaign is not utilised the value of this element cannot be transferred or refunded. The list price must be within 10% of Agents Appraised Value (CMA) appraisal price. Open the Door to Spring Campaign is valid from August 21^st 2023 – November 30^th 2023. All photography and marketing material supplied through the Open the Door to Spring campaign remains the property of EVES and can’t used outside of EVES for promotional purposes.
