I have over 30 years’ experience working in various sales roles spanning across retail, pharmacy and real estate. What has always been important to me and something that I have never lost sight of, is that the people who employ me do so because of my depth of knowledge, my experience and professionalism and most importantly because of my compassion.

Louisa Old was the agent employed to sell our house after I had found the customer service to be wanting with two other agencies. Louisa was honest and open at all times. She adapted well to sudden issues that arose and did not panic eg: when the ceiling needed urgent repair the day prior to an open home.
