Prior to joining her husband Geoff in the Eves Sales team, Alayne was a Property Manager where she worked for over 8 years. It was an incredibly busy job, involving a huge portfolio. Alayne has been nominated and was runner up for Real Estate Institute's Property Manager of the Year award.

A full time mother while her three sons were young, Alayne involved herself during those early years on the PTA and assisting in the primary school office.

Alayne worked for brand leader Energizer for over 12 years, during which time she won many sales incentives and awards including Sales/Merchandiser of the Year.

Alayne is very much family orientated and has spent a great deal of time over the years, on the side lines of sports fields supporting her sons and now grandchildren. She has been very involved in fundraising for her sons' sporting teams and also supported Geoff's involvement in Lion's fundraising activities.
